Any rental with alcohol will be charged a $200.00 Damage Deposit that they will get back about 30 days after their event, as long as the building is clean and nothing is damaged.

THE FINE PRINT

  • Payment in full for 4 hour rental and a deposit of half for the full day rental must be paid in advance to confirm date(s). Must be at least 21 years of age to rent Pavilion.
     

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR ALCOHOL RENTAL OF THE PAVILION:
 

  • During the term of the rental, lessee shall obtain and keep in effect commercial liability insurance covering lessee and his/her activities and/or use of the leased premises. Insurance must provide minimum of at least $1,000,000.00 of coverage per occurrence, and show Warrick County Parks Department as additional insured.
     

  • If alcoholic beverages will be served or present, lessee must provide a licensed bartender, proper insurance, and all permits required by state and local governments. Copies of permits allowing the service of alcoholic beverages during the lease period must be provided to the park business office. Note: It takes 4-6 weeks to obtain permits.
